Date of Birth: December 10, 1992
My name is Félix Antonio Rodríguez Martínez, I left CICRIN in 2014 at the age of 21. I am currently in my second year of college, studying Hotel and Tourism management at the University of Managua (UDM). I plan to graduate in two and a half years. I chose this career because of the recent boom in the tourism industry here in Nicaragua. After I graduate, I plan to work and save up to own a business someday.
I am serving at my church’s worship team playing the drums and I also play for another congregation that was in need of a drummer. In my free time, I like to listen to music, play video games, and look up new music to practice on YouTube.
My best memories at CICRIN were the parties we all threw for the visiting groups. It was nice relating to them over little moments like: the traditional Nicaraguan dances, having them take part in games, and breaking the piñata and watching the children run for the candy as they fell.
Note: Felix himself wrote this biography in Spanish. It was translated into English by staff.
